Letter from LAUP's Executive Board to the chairman of the Ottawa County Commission, Kenneth Raak. This letter was written in response to a Commission meeting on March 16, 1978, to announce the feelings and opinions of LAUP that the commission made racist remarks and for LAUP to ask for an apology.
